Welcome to the all new Wellsville Blogspot. This is where Wellsville folks can post opinions on anything Wellsville (and area).
- Have a position on the new Walmart (pro or con?)
- Is our local paper doing a good job?
- How about the dissolution of the village?
- What can we do about our high real estate taxes?

Hi all!
I just have a comment on Wellsville getting a Walmart. I know that it would be great to have a Walmart, but Olean has one and I think Hornell does too. Many people are drawn to these places because they want to go to Walmart. I think Wellsville should put in a store like a Target with a Starbucks coffee shop. That would draw in business from people in those places that don't have that store and keep it running for Wellsville's enjoyment.
